A Bit About Me
Lauren Cruz is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Public Health in Nutrition from Loma
Linda University. Her passion for health and wellness led her to work as a P.E. and health
teacher for a mission school in Palau before returning to California to create a nutritional
program for a non-profit HIV clinic in San Bernardino.
At the clinic, Lauren designed and implemented cooking demos, held one-on-one consultations,
conducted health and nutrition groups, and directed food pantries in conjunction with other
non-profit organizations from Los Angeles. She later joined Loma Linda University Health as a
weight-loss dietitian, where she continues to work with clients to tailor individualized health
plans that meet their goals.
Lauren's expertise in nutrition, health education, and program development has made her a
valuable asset in the field of holistic health and well-being. She is excited to join the Mohrdar
Institute, which focuses on Homeopathy and Integrated Medicine, where she can bring her
knowledge and skills to promote a holistic approach to health.
As a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, Lauren strives to create a positive and
supportive environment for all clients. She is passionate about helping people reach their
health and wellness goals and is confident in her ability to develop and implement successful
programs.
